• October 16, 2009 - Lindsay must complete an extra year of probation after she fails to attend her required alcohol education classes, stemming from her DUIs.

• May 10 ,2010 - Lindsay fails to appear at a court hearing. A warrant is issued for her arrest but someone from the actress’s camp posts her $100,000 bail.

• July 6, 2010-Lindsay is sentenced to 90 days in jail after missing multiple substance abuse classes. Lindsay serves less than two weeks before she is transported to a 90-day rehab program in Los Angeles — she is released from rehab after only 23 days.

• Sept 2010 - Lindsay fails another drug test and is taken to jail, where she is released hours later. 

• Jan 2011 - Lindsay is accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California, boutique. 

• April 2011- After rejecting a plea deal, Lindsay is sentenced to 120 days in jail for grand theft and 480 hours of community service

• Oct 2011- After failing to attend her community service requirements, Lohan is taken into custody for two hours before posting $100,000 bail

• June 8 , 2012 - Lindsay is involved in a car accident with an 18-wheeler truck. The actress and her passenger are left uninjured but questions are raised as to whether Lindsay lied to police about who was driving and may have removed a bag from her vehicle before it was searched.

2008: 
Model Lauren Hastings accuses Lindsay Lohan of stealing $10,000 worth of clothing from her closet. She claims to have at least 5 witnesses.

Later that year former model and philosophy graduate Masha Markova claimed that Lohan stole a $12,000 golden sheared mink coat at a Chelsea nightclub.

2009: 
Lindsay Lohan walks into the Paris showroom of New York/Montreal-based accessories label Arielle de Pinto. She asks to “borrow” several one-of-a-kind samples for an unspecified party and photo shoot. The Arielle de Pinto sales team made an imprint of her credit card… “just in case.” As you might suspect Lindsay left Paris with the jewels and when they tried to charge the credit card, they found out it had been canceled.

Later that year $400,000 worth of Dior jewelry goes missing after an ELLE Magazine photo shoot with actress Lindsay Lohan.

2010:

Lindsay Lohan is accused of stealing a $35,000 Rolex from a “friend”. Photos surface of the actress wearing a very similar watch. Police questioned her and she denied any involvement in the theft.

2011: 
Lindsay Lohan faces 3 years in jail when she’s finally and for the first time officially charged with theft. She is charged with stealing a fancy designer gold necklace from Venice, Ca. jewelry store Kamofie & Company (pictured above). Bail set at $20,000.00 and the judge givers her a verbal smacking.

2012: 

Lindsay Lohan is suspected of theft of US$100,000 in watches and eyewear.

Liz Taylors 1963 Cleopatra trailer filled with priceless memorabilia was lent to the new Lifetime movie, and Lindsay is accused of trashing it. According to the owner, the trailer was covered in cigarette burns, dishes and glasses were broken, and several priceless antiques were missing, totaling about 100 thousand dollars in damage.
