13 peppers
4oz low fat cream cheese
13 strips of bacon

Scoop out seeds AND rinds unless you like super spicy poppers. Spoon in cheese, wrap em up, bake at 375 for like eh 30 minutes? That’ll get the bacon nice and crispy if you like it that way.

Personally I didn’t time it. Just took it out when it looked done.
